Refund policy

Introduction

At  Product Loot, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If a purchase does not meet expectations, we are committed to making things right.

Eligibility for Returns and Refund

  • Products may be returned within 5 days(or any other timeframe as mentioned in product page) of delivery for a full refund.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Refunds will be processed for eligible returns based on the following criteria:

  1. Damaged or Defective or Wrong Products: If you receive a damaged/ defective/ wrong product, kindly provide us with an unboxing video showing the damage. This evidence is crucial for us to assess the situation and provide appropriate assistance.
  2. Missing Items: If any items are absent from your order, please share an unboxing video displaying the remaining items and inform us within 5 days of delivery. We will examine the situation and, if confirmed, issue a refund for the missing item(s).

Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items are not eligible for return:
    • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
    • Personal/health care items
    • Customized or personalized products
    • Items marked “final sale” or “non-returnable”.

Return Process

  1. Visit the Returns page or contact our customer support mentioned on the shipping package.
  2. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the product back by handing it over to our delivery partner.
  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.
  4. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7-14 working days to the original payment method. If the original payment method is Cash on Delivery, then the customer might need to provide the bank/payment details for the necessary refund to be processed.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are offered only for damaged or defective products and will be processed subject to availability.

Refunds

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the product was defective.
